Playnetic is growing fast, and with that growth comes complexity. We are building games, backend systems, promo tools, and data reporting, all while keeping everything running smoothly. That is where you come in.

We are looking for a Head of PMO to bring structure to our projects, ensuring teams stay aligned, progress stays visible, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a traditional PMO role. We need someone who can collaborate across multiple teams, bring clarity to complexity, and drive operational excellence in an agile, fast-moving environment.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing all project work across Playnetic, from game development to backend infrastructure and everything in between.
  • Keeping multiple teams aligned, ensuring projects progress smoothly and roadblocks are removed.
  • Building and maintaining a dashboard to track key initiatives and measure success.
  • Leading a team of 6-8 project managers and PMO analysts, ensuring consistency in execution.
  • Providing regular status updates and reporting directly to leadership.
  • Driving continuous improvement, refining processes, and implementing best practices.
  • Holding leadership accountable for strategic project delivery.

What we are looking for

  • A wealth of experience in project or programme management, preferably in B2B gaming or iGaming.
  • A strong grasp of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
  • The ability to bring order to chaos without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, someone who can get things done without being overly formal.
  • A natural leader who can mentor and manage a team of project managers.
