Senior QA Engineer

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to oversee the quality assurance process for our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, mentoring QA team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality product that meet business and customer expectations. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate closely with development and product management to drive quality improvements and implement best practices.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just tick boxes but actively thinks critically, spots patterns, and proactively improves how we test. You’ll engage in manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to deliver seamless, top-quality gaming experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Test and mentor Quality Assurance Specialists team.
• Plan, estimate, deploy and manage the testing effort for an ongoing project.
• Manage the creation and execution of testing plans and test cases to ensure entry and exit criteria is met for each test phase in agreed timescales and resources.
• Participate in managing of QA testing processes, test phases and test methodologies to achieve the constant improvement of the quality level.
• Provide QA review of documentation.
• Identify and report on quality related risks.
• Proactively take ownership and management of issues, initiate and participate in problem-solving activities.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

    ✅ Experience in mentoring of QA Engineers (1+ year).

    ✅ Experience in testing of web/mobile applications (4+ years).

    ✅ Good knowledge of Web technologies (CSS/HTML5,Browser debugging).

    ✅ Wide experience with JIRA/Confluence/TestRail.

    ✅ Good knowledge of client/server architecture.

   ✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Bonus points for:

• Previous exposure to automated testing tools.
• Experience in the gaming or gambling industry.
• ISTQB certificate(s).

What to expect in your first 90 days:

• Technical Familiarization with the Product.
• Engage in release processes and conduct at least 4 releases.
• Review test cases post-testing.

What to Expect 3-12 Months & Beyond:

• Develop and implement testing methods to improve test coverage, reduce defects, and speed up testing. Reduce number of production defect per brand at least by 10%
• Review test cases post-testing.
• Identify and minimize software quality risks.
