Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized and accurate Jira project: create, assign, and schedule tasks across Design, Development, Art, and QA teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive plans and timelines for all areas of responsibility.
- Prevent resource allocation issues, blockers, and bottlenecks.
- Balance team workload to ensure smooth and sustainable delivery.
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Constantly improve communication across departments to streamline workflows and avoid misalignment.
- Ensure clarity and alignment within the team remain a top priority.
- Continuously optimize and automate team workflows using best practices.
- Oversee production delivery of the content and features, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Work closely with the team, helping with people management, highlighting potential risks.
- Maintain an efficient team structure and suggest improvements when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Team Lead in gamedev, managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing various aspects of a project.
- Knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools (we use JIRA)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple features or projects in parallel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues and improving processes.
- Skills in resolving conflicts with empathy and a focus on solutions.
- Ability and willingness to automate and improve workflows.
- Being adaptable and solution-oriented with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience planning and coordinating live-ops releases of a mobile F2P game.
