Online Moderation has provided monitoring and moderation services for over 20 years. Believe or not, we started with moderating some of the original chat communities, like Delphi and AOL. Since then, we have moderated closed communities, public communities, all of the latest social media sites, and pretty much anywhere people are talking about your brand. We are able to provide this breadth of services because of our extensive experience and our unique combination of technology and people. At the heart of our services are an experienced team of moderators, many of whom have more than 10 years of experience in social media…in other words, as long as the phrase “social media” has been in existence!
