<p>As a Commercial Customer Success Associate, you’ll own a book of 90+ commercial accounts, using automation and data-driven health signals to deliver a scaled, many-to-one engagement model. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer questions and feedback — executing targeted plays to protect renewal revenue and identifying accounts that need escalation before issues become risks. This role sits at the intersection of customer empathy and operational rigor, making it a great fit for someone who thrives on turning data into action.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">You Will</h4>

<li>Own a portfolio of 90+ commercial accounts through a scaled engagement model — leveraging automation tools and lifecycle playbooks to ensure every customer receives timely, relevant outreach.</li>



<li>Monitor account health signals (product usage, adoption trends, NPS, engagement data) and execute targeted plays to proactively address risk, drive adoption, and protect renewal revenue.</li>



<li>Serve as the first line of contact for inbound questions and feedback from commercial accounts, resolving issues quickly or routing them to the right internal team.</li>



<li>Drive the end-to-end renewal process for your book of business — tracking upcoming renewals, preparing value summaries, and managing renewal conversations to close.</li>



<li>Identify and escalate growth-ready accounts to the Account Management team and flag at-risk accounts to Customer Success leadership with a clear summary of the issue and recommended next steps.</li>



<li>Partner with CS Ops and tooling (e.g., AI or equivalent) to refine automation sequences, health scoring logic, and outreach cadences that improve outcomes across the commercial segment.</li>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>You Ha</strong>v<strong>e</strong></h4>

<li>1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Sales — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>



<li>Comfort managing a high-volume book of business using automation and playbooks rather than purely white-glove, one-to-one engagement.</li>



<li>Familiarity with customer health scoring concepts.</li>



<li>Comfort with AI platforms (e.g., Claude) and curiosity around driving automation for scaled customer outcomes.</li>



<li>Strong written communication skills — you can craft a clear, concise customer email and tailor your tone based on account context.</li>

<p>We are seeking a driven, analytical, and results-focused<strong>&nbsp;Business Development Manager&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>to join our fast-paced and expanding Consumer (eCommerce &amp; Apps) team in Shenzhen. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new business line from the ground up and work at the intersection of performance marketing and business development within the rapidly growing Consumer(eCommerce &amp; Apps) space.</p>



<p>In this client-facing role, you’ll partner with eCommerce brands and non-gaming Apps to unlock growth by leveraging AppLovin’s marketing platform. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, help them optimize campaigns, and lead strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes. You’ll also work closely with AppLovin leadership and product experts to evolve our Consumer advertising solution and drive adoption in the market.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Large Client Development &amp; Expansion: Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard high-value enterprise clients in the APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, to contract closing, and continuously expand business scale with existing key accounts to maximize revenue and partnership depth.</li>



<li>Regional Business Growth: Develop and execute localized sales and BD strategies for APAC markets, deeply understand regional market trends, competitor dynamics, and industry demands of e-commerce and non-gaming app businesses, and capture emerging growth opportunities to achieve revenue growth.</li>



<li>Strategic Partnership Management: Serve as the primary business contact for key clients, build long-term, stable, and strategic cooperative relationships. Conduct regular business reviews, communicate product updates and industry insights, and provide customized growth solutions to solve clients’ pain points in user acquisition and business scaling.</li>



<li>Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with internal product, operation, technical, and customer success teams to coordinate client onboarding, campaign optimization, project delivery, and after-sales support, ensuring seamless execution of partnership projects and excellent client experience.</li>



<li>Industry Insight &amp; Brand Building: Track and analyze APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies, output regular market analysis reports. <li>Industry Experience: 5 years of professional sales and business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or non-gaming app industry, with solid APAC market operation experience and industry resource accumulation.</li>



<li>Core Client Capability: Proven track record of large client development and account expansion. Experienced in negotiating and closing cooperation with mid-to-large e-commerce brands and non-gaming app developers, with outstanding large account operation and maintenance capabilities.</li>



<li>Market &amp; Industry Literacy: In-depth understanding of APAC e-commerce ecosystem, non-gaming app business model, mobile user acquisition and in-app monetization logic, familiar with regional mainstream media, traffic channels and industry competition patterns.</li>



<li>Professional Competencies: Excellent business negotiation, presentation, communication and cross-team collaboration skills; strong goal orientation, pressure resistance and market insight, capable of independently completing full-cycle sales and BD work.</li>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, handling mid-market accounts</li>



<li><strong>Location:</strong> We are currently hiring for positions based in Ireland and USA. Candidates must be located in one of these regions to be considered for the role.</li>



<li><strong>B2B SaaS or MarTech Experience</strong>: Proven success in <strong>new customer acquisition</strong> and closing deals within the B2B SaaS space, preferably MarTech</li>



<li><strong>Sales Methodology</strong>: Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar framework that supports consultative selling and discovery to close.</li>



<li><strong>Communication Skills</strong>: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging presence to build rapport with new prospects.</li>



<li><strong>Problem Solving</strong>: Strong ability to identify customer business needs and position relevant solutions effectively to drive acquisition</li>

<li>Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract</li>



<li>Manage post-sale relationships and drive account growth</li>

<li>Build and grow partnerships with agencies, system integrators, and other key market players</li>



<li>Clearly communicate the product’s value to diverse audiences — from hands-on specialists to senior executives</li>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you need to succeed:</h4>

<li>Proven track record in B2B sales and business development</li>



<li>Experience in one or more of the following: martech, adtech, marketing analytics, or solutions for mobile apps or games</li>



<li>Strong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem, including user acquisition, attribution, LTV, and payback</li>



<li>Ability to independently manage complex, multi-stage deals</li>



<li>Established network across subscription-based apps, gaming, marketing agencies, or adjacent tech sectors</li>



<li>Experience building and scaling partnerships</li>



<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present product value to different audiences</li>

<p>We at iLogos are actively developing our iGaming direction and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow and shape it together.</p>



<p>We are looking for a commercially driven person who is excited not only about closing deals, but also about helping build the direction itself, establishing partnerships, and contributing to long-term business growth within the slots/casino space.</p>



<p>The role is focused on building relationships with operators, aggregators, and strategic partners, owning the commercial process end-to-end.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What we’re looking for:</h4>

<li>Strong proven experience in Business Development within iGaming</li>



<li>Strong understanding of the B2B provider/operator ecosystem</li>



<li>Existing network within the iGaming industry</li>

<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growing direction with evolving processes</li>

<li>Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share structures and partnership agreements</li>



<li>Work closely with production, delivery, and leadership teams to align business opportunities with execution capabilities</li>

<li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities</li>
