<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Requirements</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>2+ years in Product Marketing / Growth / CRO for web funnels or subscription products.</li>



<li>Proven track record of measurable core-metric uplifts (CR2Pay, LTV, ARPU) tied to specific, documented hypotheses — not just “ran tests.”</li>



<li>Hands-on experience with web funnel builders (Web2Wave, Funnel Fox, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar) or comparable no-code/low-code funnel infrastructure.</li>



<li>Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology: hypothesis design, statistical significance, segmentation, sequential/parallel test management.</li>



<li>Experience with email/CRM lifecycle tools (Reteno or similar) — consent flows, triggered sequences, win-back, cancellation.</li>



<li>Comfortable working directly with developers on funnel/checkout implementation (API-level understanding is a plus, not required to code).</li>



<li>Strong command of analytics/tracking tools: Amplitude, GA4, AppsFlyer, or equivalent.</li>



<li>Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build, debug, or modify funnel/landing page code, scripts, or automations.</li>



<li>English sufficient for cross-functional and international team communication.</li>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Own funnel performance end-to-end: visit → quiz/onboarding → paywall → checkout → post-purchase upsells → app install → email lifecycle.</li>



<li>Own and report CR2Pay and predicted LTV as core KPIs. Design, launch, and interpret A/B tests grounded in product/user hypotheses (not just cosmetic tests).</li>



<li>Personalize and tailor funnels by user segment/intent.</li>



<li>Manage web funnel infrastructure across 2 web-builders (Web2Wave, Funnel Lab), coordinating technical implementation with front-end/back-end developers.</li>



<li>Own and continuously improve email marketing communications (consent, lifecycle, win-back, and cancellation flows) in collaboration with the email marketer.</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with creative producers on funnel creative/copy and with UA on landing/funnel alignment to acquisition channels.</li>



<li>Maintain and expand internal documentation (funnel logic, test history, checklists) in collaboration with other PMMs.</li>



<li>Balance CR/monetization gains against product value and trust — flag and reject “suspicious” or manipulative mechanics.</li>

<p>As our ASO Specialist and owner of App Store Optimization across Fortis&#8217;s portfolio for a 6-month contract term, you&#8217;ll drive how our games show up across the App Store and Google Play, influencing everything from first impression to install. Working across titles in soft launch and global launch, you&#8217;ll combine creativity, experimentation, player insight, and performance thinking to improve how players find, understand, and engage with our games.</p>



<p>This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership from day one. You&#8217;ll build and evolve experimentation frameworks, test new ideas, and partner closely with product, marketing, creative, and game teams to improve store performance across the portfolio — stepping in to run ASO execution while the Product Marketing team scales the function. From icons, screenshots, videos, and copy to keyword strategy and custom store experiences, you&#8217;ll help shape the moments that connect players with our games.</p>



<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone who enjoys turning signals into action, challenges assumptions through testing, and can be effective from day one — this role needs minimal ramp-up given the contract term.</p>

<p>We’re looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Consultant to define, guide, and optimize paid acquisition strategy and execution for mobile game titles. <p>The consultant will lead and supervise the internal UA Specialist and collaborate closely with Data, Brand, and Product teams on performance modeling, creative strategy, and product positioning signals.</p>

<p>– Define UA channel strategy and media planning across paid social, ad networks, and other relevant channels.<br>– Recommend budget allocation and reallocation based on performance, scalability, and channel saturation limits.<br>– Provide and refine CPI benchmarks by geo, platform, and channel.<br>– Monitor and optimize toward cost efficiency, creative performance, early ROAS, and payback signals.<br>– Supervise campaign structure, setup, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization.<br>– Guide creative testing needs from a UA perspective and provide feedback to improve CTR, CVR, and CPI.<br>– Set execution priorities, weekly plans, and testing roadmaps for the internal UA Specialist.<br>– Deliver concise, action-oriented reporting on spend, performance, risks, and immediate optimization opportunities.</p>

<p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Growth Marketing Manager</strong>&nbsp;with experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Meta as well as a quantitative background leveraging Statistics and AI. <p>This is one of the largest and most consequential SEO roles in technology today, operating at global scale, high velocity, and with direct impact on company growth. We’re seeking a tenacious, data-thirsty Senior Manager of SEO, GEO, and AEO, who can lead and improve search visibility across traditional web search, AI-driven answer ecosystems across our global presence. You’ll be a strategic voice in growth planning and a hands-on leader who defines how 1Password gets discovered everywhere users engage, chat and search.</p>



<p>This role is responsible for 1Password’s global organic discovery strategy, spanning:</p>

<li>SEO (traditional search engines and SERPs)</li>



<li>GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — visibility in AI-powered summaries and generative experiences</li>



<li>AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — structured, conversational, and intent-driven discovery</li>

<p>Reporting to the Director, Growth &amp; Web Experience, you will define the strategy, set priorities, and lead execution through collaboration across Growth, Web, Content, and Product Marketing to meet our business objectives. Success will be born out of strong cross-functional leadership, the hands-on application of your expertise and delivering results.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What we&#8217;re looking for:</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>8+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, with ownership of strategy at a global, multi-market scale, with at least 2 years managing people.</li>



<li>Demonstrated experience leading international and multilingual SEO, including hreflang, localization strategy, and regional prioritization.</li>



<li>Strong understanding of B2C and B2B search behavior, ideally within SaaS or technology products.</li>



<li>Hands-on experience partnering with Web, Content, PMM, and Engineering teams to execute at scale.</li>



<li>Deep curiosity and working knowledge of GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search trends, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.</li>



<li>Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own large-scale initiatives end-to-end—from requirements through delivery and impact measurement.</li>

<li>Ensure 1Password is discoverable across the full spectrum of user intent — awareness, evaluation, and adoption — for both individuals and businesses.</li>

<p>AI-Driven &amp; Answer-Based Discovery</p>

<li>Define how 1Password optimizes for generative search experiences, AI summaries, and answer engines — translating emerging platforms into practical, testable strategies. Your ultimate measure of success will be leading services such as ChatGPT and Gemini listing 1Password when asked for advice and recommendations falling inside the scope of our product capabilities</li>



<li>Partner with content, web, and PMM teams to evolve information architecture, structured data, and content formats that perform in both classic and AI-driven discovery.</li>



<li>Establish best practices and internal education around GEO and AEO as the landscape evolves.</li>

<p>Technical &amp; On-Page Excellence at Scale</p>

<li>Own technical SEO fundamentals across a large, global site to optimize and improve on the following: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, performance, and hreflang strategy, etc.</li>



<li>Partner closely with Web and Engineering to ensure SEO considerations are built into platform decisions, CMS capabilities, and new launches.</li>



<li>Ensure metadata, templates, and content systems scale effectively across languages and markets.</li>

<p>Measurement, Insights &amp; Influence</p>

<li>Define success metrics across SEO, GEO, and AEO — including rankings, visibility, AI presence, engagement quality, and conversion impact, and continually optimize to meet and exceed the business objectives for contribution to the business.</li>



<li>Build clear reporting and insights that help stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, understand what’s working, what’s changing, and where to invest next.</li>



<li>Act as the voice of organic discovery across marketing and web — influencing roadmaps, priorities, and experiments.</li>

<li>Lead and develop a team of SEO/GEO marketers.</li>

<p>NFL Universe Football is one of the leading sports experiences on Roblox, with a highly active player base and constant live updates. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help fuel that momentum — using creative testing, fast iteration, and a deep understanding of how games grow on the platform!</p>



<p>This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys being in the weeds: experimenting, shipping, and learning quickly. It’s not about long-term strategy decks, but about running ideas, seeing what works, and doubling down in real time.</p>

<p><strong>Roblox Page &amp; Asset Optimization (Primary Focus)</strong></p>

<li>Strong instincts for trends, especially around key NFL moments (Draft, Kickoff, Playoffs, Super Bowl, etc.)</li>
