<p>We are currently looking for a goal-oriented specialist for the position of&nbsp;<strong>UI Designer (LiveOps)&nbsp;</strong>at the Middle level, who, together with colleagues, will be engaged in the development of the user interface and high-quality graphic materials for the operation of the studio’s leading projects – story-oriented mobile fighting games&nbsp;<strong>Shadow Fight 3&nbsp;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>Shadow Fight 4: Arena.</strong></p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities:</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Develop and maintain the visual style of the project interface.</li>



<li>Create original designs and graphic materials for various monetization modules (offers, subscriptions, battle passes, gachas, stores, etc.), updates, in-game themed events and user interaction in LiveOps cycles of projects.</li>



<li>Create graphic materials for marketing promotion of game projects on social networks and gaming platforms.</li>



<li>Prepare assets for layout in Unity, control their implementation.</li>



<li>Work closely and directly with game design, monetization, marketing, art and development teams.</li>



<li>Analyze developed solutions, identify vectors for necessary improvements, implement innovations and update &#8220;best practices&#8221;.</li>

<p>We are looking for a Contract Senior UI Engineer to support development on our upcoming title, Guild Wars 3. Working closely with UX, UI, Gameplay, and Engineering teams, this role will help build scalable, maintainable, and player-focused interface systems that support high-quality gameplay experiences across multiple input schemes and platforms.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Build and maintain scalable UI systems and gameplay-facing interfaces in Unreal Engine 5</li>



<li>Develop maintainable MVVM-style UI architecture and workflows using Unreal Engine tools and frameworks</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate wireframes, flows, and mockups into polished in-game experiences at both the screen and widget level</li>



<li>Implement responsive interfaces that support multiple input schemes, including controller and keyboard/mouse</li>



<li>Build reusable UI systems, widgets, and components that support long-term scalability and maintainability</li>



<li>Partner with Gameplay, UI, and Engineering teams to integrate gameplay systems, player data, and backend-driven features into the UI layer</li>



<li>Develop and maintain UI functionality using both C++ and Blueprint workflows</li>



<li>Support iteration and polish through debugging, optimization, usability improvements, and feedback integration</li>



<li>Help identify and improve UI engineering workflows, pipelines, and technical standards across the project</li>



<li>Balance performance, usability, maintainability, and visual quality within production constraints</li>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>5+ years of professional experience working as a UI Engineer, Gameplay Engineer, or related engineering role in games or interactive media</li>



<li>Experience building maintainable user interfaces in Unreal Engine 5</li>



<li>Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 UI systems, including UMG, Blueprint workflows, and gameplay-facing UI implementation</li>



<li>Proficiency with both C++ and Blueprint implementation</li>



<li>Experience supporting multiple input schemes, including controller and keyboard/mouse workflows</li>



<li>Experience collaborating closely with UX designers to translate designs into functional in-game experiences</li>



<li>Strong understanding of UI architecture, scalability, maintainability, and responsive UI design principles</li>



<li>Experience debugging, optimizing, and maintaining gameplay-facing UI systems</li>



<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills working across UX, Design, Gameplay, and Engineering teams</li>



<li>Self-motivated and comfortable operating in an iterative and collaborative development environment</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">NICE TO HAVE</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experience shipping UI systems or features on console and PC titles</li>



<li>Experience building data-driven or backend-integrated UI systems</li>



<li>Familiarity with accessibility considerations and best practices for game UI</li>



<li>Experience working on multiplayer or live-service games</li>



<li>Experience with UMG’s Common UI framework and the MVVM paradigm</li>



<li>Familiarity with animation, transitions, and gameplay presentation systems in UI workflows</li>
</ul>

<p>At CoolGames and Keesing, we’re at the forefront of this shift, publishing high-quality casual games and digital puzzles enjoyed by a global audience. With an ambitious roadmap ahead, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help define the next generation of puzzle and casual gaming experiences.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">About the role</h4>



<p>You’ll operate at the intersection of casual games and digital puzzles, combining playful, high-impact design with structured, logic-driven UX.</p>



<p>We’re looking for someone who understands both the feel of a great game and the flow of a great puzzle, able to move quickly from concept to polished, developer-ready designs.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you’ll do</h4>

<li>Design engaging, high-quality interfaces for casual games (CoolGames)</li>



<li>Translate classic puzzles (crosswords, sudoku, etc.) into modern digital experiences (Keesing)</li>



<li>Turn product requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and final UI designs</li>



<li>Work across styles: from vibrant, animated game UI to clean, structured puzzle layouts</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product teams</li>



<li>Iterate quickly from lo-fi concepts to polished solutions</li>



<li>Contribute to and evolve design systems across products</li>



<li>Create UI elements, animations, and promotional assets</li>
</ul>

<li>3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (gaming or interactive media preferred)</li>



<li>Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite</li>



<li>A portfolio showing both playful and structured design styles</li>



<li>Ability to balance creativity with system thinking and constraints</li>



<li>Experience with motion design, HTML5, or game UI is a plus</li>



<li>Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows</li>



<li>Strong communication skills in English</li>



<li>Organized, fast, and comfortable in a dynamic environment</li>
