<h4 class="wp-block-heading">About the Role</h4>



<p>At Fortis, we believe that sustainable growth is driven by a deep understanding of how players discover, evaluate, and engage with our games. As an ASO Specialist, you will play a key role within our Player Growth organization, owning and evolving our app store strategy across multiple titles.</p>



<p>You will operate across the full growth funnel — from discoverability and search visibility to store conversion and alignment with in-game experiences — ensuring our presence in the App Store and Google Play reflects both player behavior and product evolution.</p>



<p>This role sits at the intersection of User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Creative, and Game Teams. You will help connect paid and organic growth into a unified strategy, while also introducing AI-driven workflows to scale experimentation, insights, and execution.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you’ll achieve</h4>



<p>Drive organic growth and discoverability across the Fortis portfolio by developing and evolving keyword strategies, metadata frameworks, and store positioning that capture player intent at scale.</p>



<p>Own the end-to-end app store strategy, ensuring consistency between UA campaigns, store presence, and in-game experiences to maximize conversion and long-term player value.</p>



<p>Build and scale a robust experimentation framework across creatives and metadata, continuously improving performance through structured testing, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision making.</p>



<p>Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and execution — from keyword discovery and competitor analysis to creative concepts, copy development, and performance insights.</p>



<p>Partner closely with UA, Product Marketing, Creative, and Game Teams to ensure store strategies are aligned with LiveOps, seasonal beats, and broader growth initiatives.</p>



<p>Continuously adapt to platform changes, algorithm updates, and evolving player behavior, ensuring Fortis remains competitive and forward-thinking in the app store ecosystem.</p>



<p>Contribute to broader growth initiatives by supporting organic loops, including referral systems and invite-based mechanics, ensuring alignment between store presence and in-game systems.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you’ll need to be successful</h4>



<p>Strong experience in App Store Optimization within mobile gaming, with a deep understanding of both the App Store and Google Play ecosystems.</p>



<p>Proven ability to drive both discoverability and conversion through keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and creative testing.</p>



<p>Experience building and running structured A/B testing frameworks, with the ability to translate results into scalable insights and best practices.</p>



<p>Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, including the relationship between paid UA, organic discovery, store performance, and LiveOps.</p>



<p>Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for research, content generation, experimentation, or performance optimization, and curiosity to continue evolving in this space.</p>



<p>Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders around shared growth objectives.</p>



<p>Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.</p>



<p>Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">About the role</h4>



<p>We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Gaming, Platform, and Publishing Analytics function. This role will partner with Staff-level ICs to evolve the vision for the team. They will own the roadmap and execution of analytics efforts across Game Studios, Platform teams, and Publishing serving as the key driver of data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.</p>



<p>As the Senior Manager, you will be accountable for leading a high-impact multi-disciplinary team of product analysts, business analysts, and analytics engineers. You will drive the strategic alignment and delivery of all analytics initiatives, enabling smarter decision-making, and ensuring analytics efforts align with the broader business objectives. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Game Studios, Product, Publishing, and Engineering to ensure our revenue and ROAS optimizing strategies are grounded in rigorous analytics and meaningful insights.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you&#8217;ll achieve</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Drive the roadmap and execution for Game Studio, Platform, and Publishing Analytics, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving business needs.</li>



<li>Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to cross-functional leadership—translating ambiguous business problems into analysis opportunities for your team. And then ensuring those analyses have clear, actionable recommendations that influence game teams and publishing roadmaps.</li>



<li>Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, managing expectations and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact analytical projects.</li>



<li>Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering leaders to define and implement scalable analytics frameworks and technical foundations to support holistic measurement, ROAS optimization, and data-driven decision-making at all levels.</li>



<li>Oversee the design and delivery of key gaming and publishing dashboards and reports, providing senior stakeholders with timely insights to guide strategy and investment decisions.</li>



<li>Collaborate with the larger Data org to ensure robust data infrastructure and governance, including tracking plans, pipelines, and source integration (e.g., MMPs, ad platforms, app stores).</li>



<li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously identifying opportunities to improve analytical methodologies, tools, and frameworks.</li>



<li>Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics—ensuring a culture of continuous testing and learning.</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What you&#8217;ll need to be successful</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years focused on mobile games. Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development</li>



<li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.</li>



<li>Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex dependencies, and overseeing multiple workstreams.</li>



<li>Proven track record of building and scaling analytics functions that directly impact business growth and performance.</li>



<li>Familiar with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), with the ability to guide technical teams, but without needing daily hands-on expertise.</li>



<li>Demonstrated ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results to optimize performance.</li>



<li>Experience managing and supporting analysts and building a high-performance, data-driven team culture.</li>



<li>Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of how analytics can drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li>
