<p>As a Commercial Customer Success Associate, you’ll own a book of 90+ commercial accounts, using automation and data-driven health signals to deliver a scaled, many-to-one engagement model. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer questions and feedback — executing targeted plays to protect renewal revenue and identifying accounts that need escalation before issues become risks. This role sits at the intersection of customer empathy and operational rigor, making it a great fit for someone who thrives on turning data into action.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">You Will</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Own a portfolio of 90+ commercial accounts through a scaled engagement model — leveraging automation tools and lifecycle playbooks to ensure every customer receives timely, relevant outreach.</li>



<li>Monitor account health signals (product usage, adoption trends, NPS, engagement data) and execute targeted plays to proactively address risk, drive adoption, and protect renewal revenue.</li>



<li>Serve as the first line of contact for inbound questions and feedback from commercial accounts, resolving issues quickly or routing them to the right internal team.</li>



<li>Drive the end-to-end renewal process for your book of business — tracking upcoming renewals, preparing value summaries, and managing renewal conversations to close.</li>



<li>Identify and escalate growth-ready accounts to the Account Management team and flag at-risk accounts to Customer Success leadership with a clear summary of the issue and recommended next steps.</li>



<li>Partner with CS Ops and tooling (e.g., AI or equivalent) to refine automation sequences, health scoring logic, and outreach cadences that improve outcomes across the commercial segment.</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">You Have</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Sales — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>



<li>Comfort managing a high-volume book of business using automation and playbooks rather than purely white-glove, one-to-one engagement.</li>



<li>Familiarity with customer health scoring concepts.</li>



<li>Comfort with AI platforms (e.g., Claude) and curiosity around driving automation for scaled customer outcomes.</li>



<li>Strong written communication skills — you can craft a clear, concise customer email and tailor your tone based on account context.</li>



<li>Demonstrated ability to stay organized and prioritize across a large account base, balancing proactive outreach with inbound responsiveness.</li>



<li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and comfort working across multiple tools simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

The Producer II executes a variety of tasks and key management objectives related to the development of assigned software products, from concept, to release and/or live operations.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">The Opportunity</h4>



<p>We’re hiring an Insights Partner to serve as the primary post-sale value partner for a portfolio of customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to help customers adopt UserTesting, increase repeat usage, embed insights into everyday workflows, and build stronger research and feedback practices across their teams.</p>



<p>This role is ideal for someone with hands-on UX research, UX design, customer insights, or human-centered design experience who enjoys working directly with customers and translating research best practices into practical, actionable guidance. You’ll help customers understand the “job” they hired UserTesting to do and guide them toward the right mix of platform capabilities, workflows, enablement, and Professional Services support to achieve their goals.</p>



<p>You’ll also stay current on UserTesting capabilities and the broader insights ecosystem, helping customers apply new technologies and best practices to improve decision-making across product, design, marketing, CX, and business teams.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">The role</h4>



<p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Growth Marketing Manager</strong>&nbsp;with experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Meta as well as a quantitative background leveraging Statistics and AI. The role sits within our Global Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the Growth Marketing Lead. It will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts.</p>



<p>This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative individual passionate about transforming complex technology into simple, human, and aspirational advertising that delivers business results.</p>

<li>Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers.</li>



<li>Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency</li>



<li>Analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency.</li>

<li>Analyze and recommend new copy &amp; creative, bidding strategies, and testing structures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics at a rapid pace</li>

<li>3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with budgets above $1M per year</li>



<li>Analytical mindset with creative intuition. Equally fluent in metrics and emotion</li>



<li>Experience building automation and tools with AI such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor, etc. for Marketing and analytics applications</li>



<li>Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner)</li>



<li>Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up</li>



<li>Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance</li>



<li>Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent)</li>

<p>We’re&nbsp;seeking a Senior Level Designer to join our Level Design team — a multidisciplinary group responsible for crafting immersive, emotionally resonant gameplay spaces that blend exploration, storytelling, and player agency. The ideal candidate is a seasoned generalist who thrives in collaborative environments and can take ownership of complex levels from concept to completion.&nbsp;</p>



<p>This role is central to shaping the player’s journey through pacing, flow, and environmental storytelling.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;work closely with&nbsp;directors&nbsp;and discipline leads to ensure that each space supports the game’s emotional and gameplay goals — and&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;be ready to own combat setups from start to finish when called upon.&nbsp;</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Own and deliver gameplay spaces from concept to final polish, blending exploration, narrative, and combat into cohesive player experiences. </li>



<li>Collaborate with animation, art, tech designers and engineering to develop levels, gameplay systems, and pipelines that support world-class design execution. </li>



<li>Create and maintain Unreal Engine assets, scripting gameplay logic, events, and interactions using Blueprints, Sequencer, and related tools. </li>



<li>When needed, design and implement combat encounters within levels. This includes initial setup, iteration, and collaboration with dedicated combat encounter designers. </li>



<li>Partner with production and leadership to define priorities, scope, and milestones for level development. </li>



<li>Drive iteration between disciplines, balancing creative vision, technical feasibility, and player experience. </li>



<li>Provide mentorship and feedback to other designers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team. </li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Requirements &amp; Skills:&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Deep experience building levels in Unreal Engine from concept to completion, including layout, loading, optimization and balancing mechanical with narrative goals.  Skilled working with world partition and data layers, managing content at scale and balancing optimization with fidelity is a must an understanding with unreal tools </li>



<li>Comprehensive understanding of scripting in a variety of contexts, including blueprints, animation and presentation systems.  Comfortable moving between scripting and sequencer, montages and dialogue systems </li>



<li>Passion for interactive narrative in all its forms and familiarity with complexity involved in bringing it to quality.   </li>



<li>Excellent debugging skills and a solid understanding of scripting architecture at scale a significant plus. </li>



<li>Comfortable designing and implementing combat encounters when needed, with a working knowledge of AI behaviors and player flow.  </li>



<li>Comprehensive understanding of spatial markup techniques and nav implementation. </li>



<li>Strong sense of spatial design, readability, pacing, and player guidance. </li>



<li>Excellent cross-disciplinary communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. </li>



<li>Demonstrated ability to take content from prototype to polished final implementation. </li>



<li>Passion for creating immersive, high-quality player experiences that balance gameplay and narrative. </li>

<li>Strong business acumen; you understand what good looks like in revenue and operational roles and can assess candidates accordingly</li>



<li>Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders with data, market insight, and clear thinking</li>



<li>Experience mentoring or informally leading other recruiters, with a genuine interest in making the people around you better.</li>



<li>Highly organized and data-oriented, with experience using an ATS and recruiting analytics to drive decisions</li>

<p>• Demonstrated experience shipping complex web-centric systems with measurable SEO outcomes (organic traffic growth, indexation rate, ranking improvements).</p>
