What you’ll do:

  • Drive the integration of AI into key business processes to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
  • Develop our AI strategy by identifying high-impact business opportunities and setting priorities for implementation across various operations.
  • Foster a business-driven AI culture by motivating teams, sharing successful outcomes, and making AI accessible through training and workshops.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, supporting their development and ensuring the successful application of AI in business operations.
  • Investigate and assess emerging AI technologies, collaborating with leading vendors to drive innovation in business processes.
  • Track and measure the business value of AI initiatives using clear, actionable performance metrics.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience implementing new technologies that have made a real difference.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for emerging tech.
  • Strong understanding of AI principles and their practical applications.
  • Track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to make complex ideas simple and build strong relationships.
