We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Concept Art Team and Art Director to create industry leading quality concepts, and specializing in Environment design.
- Creating unique designs with consistent quality.
- Conceptualizing realistic art styles. Adaptability to stylized art is a plus.
- Iterating on ideas quickly through sketches and thumbnails.
- Communicating visual ideas across teams and departments.
- Being versatile between topics like environment and architecture design, Characters, Weapons and Props.
- Creating concept drawing based on written or verbal art direction references.
- Deriving and creating smaller art design bibles based on global art direction.
- Conceptualizing modules that are part of a larger design.
- Researching and collecting valuable visual reference material.
- Refraining from using AI generative tools to produce imagery for this job.
Requirements
- Professional experience in game development or a related industry.
- High Quality portfolio of game art.
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop.
- Strong sense of design and composition for environment sketches and illustrations.
- Good English communication and writing skills are a must.
- Good eye for detail, materials, and scale while being able to illustrate with all of the following clearly.
- A proactive team player, self-motivated, can work without direct supervision.
- Excellent time and priority management skills.
- Decent knowledge of 3D Software Packages is a plus.
- Basic understanding of level design principles is a plus.
- Basic experience with using the Unreal Engine or similar is a plus.
- Ability to create storyboards and cooperate with the cinematic team is a big plus.
