Job Description

We are building a creative team, and we are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to help ensure smooth operations. The focus of this role is on maintaining stability, keeping the team focused, and eliminating chaos. We need an expert in process improvement, proficient in Kanban methodology, who can establish a clear and efficient workflow for the team.

We’re looking for someone who excels at organizing, creating systems, and improving processes that are not working. You will be well-versed in continuous improvement through Kanban, flow visualization, and metrics. You’ll bring experience from working in production, digital, content, or IT teams, and will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee task distribution, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution.
  • Assign tasks to the right performers, considering prioritization rules and production needs.
  • Maintain and optimize workflow processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate workflow bottlenecks and risks.
  • Organize and lead key meetings, including planning sessions and retrospectives.
  • Analyze workflow metrics (throughput, lead time, cycle time) and drive improvements.
  • Ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource allocation.
  • Maintain project documentation and transparency in task status.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Kanban and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in task management, prioritization, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in project execution.
  • Proficiency in tracking and interpreting efficiency metrics (throughput, lead time, cycle time).
  • Experience with visual management tools (Kanban boards, Gantt charts).
  • Strong facilitation skills for planning, retrospectives, and team synchronization.
  • Expertise in workload distribution and resource planning to ensure balanced team efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, structured, and adaptable to different stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, decision-making, and accountability for results.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus in dynamic environments.
