We are looking for a Graphic Designer (ideally with UI expertise) to create visually compelling assets while ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will play a key role in developing high-quality graphics, UI elements, and interactive designs that elevate our brand and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
    • Design stunning visual assets, marketing materials, and branding elements.
    • Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and maintain a cohesive visual style.
    • Create visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate ideas.
  • UI & Digital Design
    • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI components for web and mobile applications.
    • Implement responsive and mobile-first design principles.
    • Develop interactive prototypes and UI animations to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaboration & Research
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
    • Conduct user research, create user flows, and apply usability best practices to improve UI/UX.
    • Maintain and expand design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and user experience projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including:

Figma:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with UI/UX understanding.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, UI projects, and digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including:
    • Figma: High-fidelity prototyping, auto-layout, components, and interactive elements.
    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator: Expert image editing, retouching, and asset creation.
    • Adobe After Effects/Animate: UI animations and motion graphics (a plus).
  • Understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
  • Experience in designing for multiple screen sizes and responsive layouts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in designing for XR (AR/VR) applications is a plus.
  • Domain experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, or Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
