Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior QA Tester to join our team on-site in Frankfurt and begin their journey in game development quality assurance.
As a Junior QA Tester, you’ll work closely with experienced QA team members, designers, programmers, artists, and producers to help ensure our players have the best possible experience. You’ll learn how games are tested throughout development, how quality issues are identified and reported, and how QA contributes to building great games.
What You’ll Do
- Execute assigned test cases and testing tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Test new features, content, gameplay systems, and fixes throughout development.
- Identify, reproduce, and document issues clearly and accurately.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure existing functionality remains stable.
- Learn QA tools, workflows, and testing methodologies used throughout development.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activity and results.
- Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly to the QA team.
- Participate in team meetings, playtests, and development discussions where appropriate.
- Support the wider QA team in maintaining high quality standards across the project.

Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Previous experience in QA, game testing, customer support, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools or QA processes.
- Knowledge of game development pipelines or production workflows.
- Experience with game editors, modding tools, or technical hobbies.
- Familiarity with Hunt: Showdown.
- Basic scripting, coding, or technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Basic 3D modelling or games art pipelines
