We’re searching for a skilled Marketing Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for our games. In this role, your primary tasks will include data analysis, attribution modeling, marketing targeting, uncovering growth opportunities, and supporting the development of a data-driven framework.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Creating and implementing an accurate ROI forecasting system for various marketing initiatives.
- Delivering timely, high-quality data and insights to the User Acquisition, ASO and Сreative teams to support decision-making.
- Regularly collaborating with teams to understand their needs and ensuring access to relevant analytical resources.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards based on requirements from the UA, ASO, and Creative teams.
- Continuously updating and refining forecasting models with new data and performance results.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify key trends and insights.
- Preparing regular reports and analytical briefings for management and stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities in marketing campaigns.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications, coordinating with the Data Engineering team for solution development.
- Suggesting optimizations for analytical processes and tools used within the team.
- Providing statistically sound results and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in analytics, with at least 1.5 years specifically in marketing analytics.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python or R, BI tools, and professional-level Excel or Google Sheets.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, experience with attribution, fraud detection, and SKAN (SKAdNetwork) framework.
- Analytical Capabilities: Proven ability to build analytical systems, work with KPIs, perform factor analysis, and collaborate effectively with UA, product analytics, and BI teams.
