Marketing Business Analyst

April 4, 2025

Job Description

We are building a marketing analytics team within our marketing department. The tracking and analytics systems are already in place, the necessary tools have been set up, and our marketing team is actively running numerous ad campaigns across various acquisition platforms.

So, now we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst who will become a true partner to the marketing team. Someone who can help identify where more revenue can be generated and how processes can be optimized with data.

The ideal candidate for us is someone who can quickly grasp the essence of different opportunities, conduct research, communicate effectively with the business team, and is not afraid to ‘dig’ into data to uncover insights.

In this role, you will not just “extract numbers” – you will influence decision-making, see the results of your work, and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate at the intersection of analytics and marketing business teams: gain deep knowledge of advertising platforms and mobile analytics, and maintain active communication with the traffic acquisition team.
  • Identify business needs in analytics and automation, and propose effective solutions.
  • Analyze data, formulate, test, and present marketing hypotheses.
  • Work with marketing reports in advertising platforms, mobile trackers, and our internal tools (Tableau, Google Sheets)
  • Develop code using SQL and Python.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • At least 1 year of experience in analytics: data analytics, marketing, or product analytics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and a strong interest in understanding the specifics of mobile advertising channels.
  • Experience in building analytical reports, research, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in working with large data sets in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Ability to turn insights and validated hypotheses into a cohesive narrative.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile marketing and mobile analytics (Appsflyer, Adjust)
  • Experience in implementing automation in analytics.
  • Familiarity with Git and Airflow.

Job Benefits

  • Flexible work environment: work remotely from home or in our office in Cyprus.
  • Paid holidays and sick leave to prioritize your health and well-being.
  • Competitive salary based on interview results and annual performance reviews.
  • Bonus system tied to the company’s success and performance.
  • Opportunities to attend conferences, workshops, and meetups.
  • English classes.
  • Cool corporate parties and team-building events.
  • Holiday Gifts: celebrate special occasions with thoughtful holiday gifts from the company.
  • Free lunches in our office: enjoy a pleasant time over a meal with your colleagues.
