We are looking for a talented Senior Publishing Producer – a strategic mind who can spot hidden gems, collaborate closely with external studios, and accelerate game profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development to scout promising studios and games, identifying projects with the highest potential for success.
• Lead negotiations with external studios to secure long-term partnerships that benefit all sides.
• Analyze game builds, provide strategic feedback, and refine features to enhance gameplay and market fit.
• Use performance data and analytics to shape product strategies and guide key business decisions.
• Optimize game economies and monetization models to drive profitability, aiming for break-even within 6–12 months and then scaling up from there.
• Monitor live game performance, adapting strategies in real-time with data-driven decisions to maximize results and smash KPIs.
• Collaborate with external development teams, motivating and guiding them to deliver outstanding results.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven senior-level experience as a Producer, Publishing Producer, or Product Manager with a track record of leading projects and turning games into hits.
• A structured, data-driven mindset that turns bold ideas into well-supported decisions.
• Expertise in mobile gaming, with sharp insights into market trends, player behavior, and the competitive scene.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key business metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• A sharp instinct for what makes a game successful – you know what will engage players and turn it into a hit.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external studios and navigate the complexities of game publishing.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to align stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Fluent in English, ensuring smooth communication with global teams and partners.
