We’re seeking a Senior Art Producer to join our team as a key contributor in the creation of our brand-new AAA game & IP. You will work closely with the art leadership team to help organize and drive the game’s aesthetic. To be successful in this role, you must possess a high level of autonomy, professionalism, and passion for games. We look forward to seeing your application!
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Directors and Art leads to define milestone & release goals which you will co-own.
- Drive the planning effort for your assigned game area by breaking down work and building schedules that accomplish the goals.
- Create alignment between stakeholders, and hold them accountable to decisions and goals.
- Own and manage team backlogs.
- Drive decision making, and deliverables.
- Manage your assigned team’s day-to-day activities by
- Prioritizing and assigning tasks to the appropriate people.
- Leading critical team rituals.
- Identifying and removing roadblocks.
- Keeping team mobilized and focused on goals, and quality.
- Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables.
- Foster an environment conducive to creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A high-initiative, self-directed, and low-maintenance individual who knows how to drive a team.
- A leader who understands how to maintain a creative and psychologically safe team environment.
- An excellent communicator who can effectively articulate purpose, goals, and priorities.
- Experience (or a willingness to embrace) working in a remote-first game development environment.
- Industry experience working with art teams
Compensation Range:
- United States: $75,000 – $161,000 USD
