We are excited to be adding a Staff Unity Developer to our senior team. Proof of Play is committed to building fully on chain games, and the technical tools to power them.  You will be building game features that take advantage of the unique opportunities of blockchain technology using the Unity 3D engine.  This is a quickly evolving field of technology, and we’re looking for individuals that can want to be a part of pioneering new ways to make games.

What You’ll Do:

• Work in a small team with artists, designers, and programmers to go from concepts to on screen results.
• Collaborate across the studio to unblock others before you unblock yourself.
• Ship game updates frequently to a very active player base.
• Identify issues and propose solutions for making games in the blockchain technical space, and then implement those solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in the Unity Engine and C#.
• Shipped multiple games on iOS and Android platforms. 
• Published multiple titles to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with platform app store guidelines and restrictions.
• SDK or web development experience.
• Communication skills and great work hygiene in a remote working environment.
• Strong understanding of video game architecture and technology.
• Education in programming structures and architecture, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points:

• You are an avid gamer who can communicate what makes a game better or worse.
• Web2 and Free To Play game development and playing experience.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology.
