We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Producing assets needed to create visual effects (textures, materials, meshes).
- Fleshing out fx prototypes and bringing them into the expected AAA quality bars.
- Coordinating the requirements when briefs are received.
- Coordinating the implementation of fx to feature teams.
- Creation and integration of particle effects for characters, environments in gameplay and in cutscenes in Unreal Engine 5 inclusive of full-featured prototypes to shippable quality assets.
- Searching for new solutions on how to get the most out of the Unreal technology.
- Enhancing and helping refine the VFX pipelines.
- Maintaining high-quality and optimal standards of FX in collaboration with lighting, material and tech art team members.
- Optimizing visual effects for performance.
- Documenting workflow and communicating relevant information to other teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry as a VFX Artist.
- Experience with creating a wide variety of realistic game-ready visual effects.
- Deep knowledge of the Unreal Engine, Unreal Engine 5 familiarity is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of 3D packages (3ds Max/Maya/Blender) and fluid simulation software/plugins including Niagara, Houdini and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of performance limitations.
- Outstanding creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to create high quality visual effects consistent with the artistic vision and quality of the project.
- Ability to independently plan your own work, search for references and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
